WHAT IS SARAFUNKDEE ART?

I believe it’s impossible to place labels on my unique style, but if it must be done I would classify my art as abstract with a twist of contemporary. Its Sara's "funkdeeart". A Lil of this and alot of that, and some of the other thing. * Oil/Acrylic on Canvas

ABOUT MY WORK>>>>>>>

My paintings are simply charismatic and  entail multiple layers combined with great depth, and intense bright color. I use various bursting shapes, forms, designs and whimsical images that mend themselves together to create a "SARAFUNKDEEART" original.In my eyes, humans, are the most complicated pieces of art; they are also one of my most valuable inspirations. People come in a multitude of shapes, colors, sizes, perfections, deformites, they come from here and there and have been thru this and that, but everyone is beautiful to someone. We  are as much of a confused species as we are unique and mysterious.

    • I used my creative mind and artistic skills every opportunity I was given in my younger years, but I was never quite satisfied On my crooked path to self-discovery, I decided it was time to scratch the yearning to paint that lingered deep inside me.
    • It all started one magical day in my early twenties. I had a blank canvas, and the least expensive paint I could buy and quite frankly had no idea where to start. I was fascinated to find that within my first brush stroke I released an uncultivated skill. Thru painting I found all I was, all I am, and all I could be, but most of all I found myself in a world of endless possibilities where I belong. . It became easier to communicate though my art rather than using words to express myself. I began taking the broken pieces of my life and putting them together with paint. My raw emotion transcends me and cleanses itself onto my canvas, a detox of feelings, resulting in an inner healing.
